Lawyer Squad 是由一群台灣從事法律相關工作者所組成的，並提供了機會與平台讓成員們能定期相聚，以期能分享經驗、互相合作、且協助彼此解決最困難的挑戰。成員採邀請制。

Lawyer Squad is an exclusive group of legal professionals in Taiwan who regularly meet in person to share, collaborate, and help each other with their most challenging situations. By invitation only.

獨立點對點的支援

法律專業人士們每天都很認真地在處理各種客戶的需求。然而，只有那些沒有衝突或既得利益、亦真正在解決各種新問題的其他法律專業人士才能給予他們最正確獨立的協助。

Lawyer Squad的成員定期召開秘密會議，以期能利用法律專家們彼此的知識、經驗與智慧，集思廣益，提供彼此公正中肯的建議。在這裡，法律專家們可以擁有一個安全、保密的環境，針對他們最具挑戰性的困難與目標進行秘密討論。

Independent Peer-to-Peer Support

Every day, legal professionals work hard to satisfy their clients. Only other legal professionals, without conflicting or vested interest, can make the right independent recommendation to them.

Lawyer Squad members meet regularly behind closed doors, in order to leverage their collective knowledge, experience, and wisdom, providing unbiased assistance to each other on the path to success. Legal professionals have a safe and protected environment to discuss and address their most challenging obstacles and objectives, confidentially.

限法律專業人士

同路人才最能了解彼此、惺惺相惜。只有同樣是法律專家，才能了解其他的法律專家。有鑑於此，只有目前正從事此領域的法律專家們才能加入「法律專家特種部隊」。

經過篩選符合資格的法律專家亦可以成為「指揮官」並舉辦小組會議。「指揮官」會幫忙找到每個問題的根本，引導討論的流程，並帶領整個小組一起找到解決問題的最佳答案。

Legal Professionals Only

It takes one to know one. Only legal professionals are able to relate to other legal professionals in a useful way. Anyone who is not currently in the legal world is not admitted.

Qualified legal professionals can become Squad Leaders, and run the group meetings. Squad Leaders help to find the root of each question, guiding the flow of discussions, and leading the group to find the best answers together.

就要最棘手的狀況

我們不是法律專家可以來尋求幫助的第一個團隊，而是最後一個。我們只對付最具挑戰性的情況-不管是不完整的資料或是太多的變數而無法作最好的決定等等，我們能最有效地運用彼此集結的經驗與人際網絡來幫助解決問題。

在討論解決方案的過程中，往往會產生意見分歧的現象，然而法律專家們可以收穫最多之處即是彼此討論的過程。每次討論的收穫都如同最珍貴的寶物，不但使法律專家們能立即獲得助益和改變，更可以產生長遠的影響。

Most Challenging Situations Only

We aren't the first group legal professionals turn to for help, we are the last. We only tackle the most challenging situations, with incomplete data, too many parameters to make clear-cut decisions, leveraging our collective experience and networks.

One of the challenges is that there can be disagreeing views on what solution to choose, and what legal professionals take away from this is the process that led to this point. This is the golden nugget that makes a difference to members immediately and in the long term.

在真實世界作出決策

在這裡我們會討論想法，且最重要的是，我們尋求可以真正付諸行動的決定方案。我們不是只會唱高調，我們是真的把事情做好! 當其他人已經放棄或離開時，我們還是會堅持處理好問題。

法律專家有時候會意識到他/她必須做出一個艱難的決定並且改走另一條非常不一樣的路，對此我們給予鼓勵。我們除了一個月見面一次之外，也會在任何會員需要幫助的時候見面。

Real-World Decision Making

We discuss new ideas, but most importantly, we seek actionable decisions. We do not theorize, we get things done. We stick around when others have given up. Sometime a legal professional realizes s/he needs to make a difficult choice and take a very different path. We encourage that. We meet in person once a month, and in-between whenever members need help.

Lawyer Squad members focus on making the right decisions for their clients.

We believe intention matters more than appearances. From the outside, we can seem to be crazy and arrogant troublemakers. We can be criticized by some people, typically a sign that we are making the change we want to see in the world.

Finding trustworthy partners to work with, is one of the biggest challenges of any professional endeavor. Lawyer Squad members have access to members of the other Squads, which comprise entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, writers, and other complementary talents, to meet, share, help and work together. Building trust relationships is one of the founding principles of the Squad Network.
